How do refunds or cancellations work?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will give you a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment date.

Do you offer any special discounts for education and non profits?

No, we don't currently offer any special discounts for nonprofits.

Can Lido help me build my automations?

For Pro and Enterprise plans, we offer personalized onboarding where a Lido team member will teach you best practices and guide you through building your initial automations.

We also offer a white glove onboarding service where we do all of the initial set-up for you. This starts at $250 depending on scope and is available as an add-on to any Pro or Enterprise plan.
